Accounts Associate/ Junior Accounts Executive (Puncak Alam, Eco Business Park V)
We supply Rental, Sales, Service, Training and Spare Part for Telescopic Boom Lift, Articulating Boom Lift, Electric Boom Lift, Diesel Boom Lift, Electric Scissor Lift, Hydraulic Scissor Lift, Rough Terrain Scissor Lift and Vertical Lift.
Due to business expansion, we are currently recruiting an Accounts Associate/ Junior Accounts Executive in our Selangor branch: No. 10, Jalan Eco Perindustrian 1/5B, Eco Perindustrian 5, 42300 Puncak Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and Company image at all times.
- Handle daily accounting transactions including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and receipts.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, rental invoices, credit notes, and official receipts accurately and timely.
- Perform data entry into the accounting system and ensure records are complete and up to date.
- Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliations, and basic journal entries.
- Monitor customer payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and liaise with sales and operations teams when required.
- Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and assist with payment scheduling.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audits, internal controls, and compliance purposes.
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports for management review.
- Support accounting tasks related to rental, sales, service, training, and spare parts transactions.
- Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned by the Senior Accounts Executive/ Finance Manager / CFO.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1 to 2 years of accounting experience is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. AutoCount, SQL, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to handle numbers accurately with good attention to detail.
- Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-growing company.
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling financial matters.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is required (Mandarin is an advantage).

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
