Responsibilities

• Verify bookkeeping and data entry in Accounting SQL Software
• Responsible for preparation of full sets of accounts including trial balance, bank reconciliation, balance sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss and Financial Statement in every month
• Bank facilities application and monitoring
• Financial Record Keeping
• Invoice and Payment Processing
• Financial Reporting
• Bank Reconciliation
• Supporting internal and external audits
• Preparation of ledger report
• Responding to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Monthly Report Generation
• Monitor cash position of company on a daily basis
• Perform all banking related duties
• Coordinate and perform monthly‑end closing management accounts

Location

Location: Kawasan Perusahan Perai, Pulau Pinang

Working Hours

Working hours: 9am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), 9am – 1pm (Saturday)

Salary

Salary: RM 2,500.00
