Overview

We are seeking a driven and capable Manager to join our firm and play a key role in our next phase of growth. This position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who aspires to move into senior leadership. High performers will be considered for a fast-track progression to senior management, with opportunities to take on greater strategic and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients
• Lead, supervise and mentor senior and junior team members
• Oversee monthly closing, financial statements and management reports
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory timelines and statutory requirements
• Drive process improvements and support firm-wide initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience, with 1–2 years of audit or tax experience considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and client management skills
• Solid knowledge of full set accounts (payroll experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL accounting software or other related software is a plus
• Proficiency in English/Chinese to communicate with diverse stakeholders
