Job Description

Prepare, monitor, and manage Cash Flow Statements on a regular basis to ensure healthy liquidity and effective fund planning.

Report directly to the Managing Director and lead the Accounts Department, overseeing a team of approximately 5 members.

Oversee and manage monthly and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Prepare, review, and analyse financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.

Manage fund utilisation and cash planning, supporting business operations and management decisions.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on statutory, audit, and tax matters.

Supervise, coach, and mentor accounts team members to ensure compliance, efficiency, and professional development.

Ensure accounting records and processes comply with statutory requirements and internal controls.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

Strong hands‑on experience in preparing and managing Cash Flow Statements.

Proven people management or team leadership experience; ability to lead and mentor a finance team.

Solid knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and closing processes.

Experience using accounting systems; experience with SQL or MultiBook is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Able to communicate effectively with management, auditors, and external parties.

Compensation

Working Hour: Mon - Fri; 7:50 AM - 5:30 PM
