Overview

Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting in compliance with MPERS, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, weekly cash plan report, monthly forecast and etc.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local management and operations team to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, SST reporting and regulatory submissions to maintain compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agent, secretary, bankers, other relevant authorities.
• Support ad-hoc requests from regional, HQ, or local GM.

Qualifications / Knowledge & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent; professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MICPA) will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in managerial/supervisory role.
• Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
