Overview

We are a GMP-certified Herbs Medicine Factory located in Ijok, Selangor. We are dedicated to producing high-quality herbal medicines for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Handling full sets of accounts and variance report, including GL, AP, AR, Balance Sheet Listing and Month-end & year end closing activities.
  • Commendable in financial analysis, taxation, audit manage cash flow forecast & budget planning.
  • Update management on any policy changes from time to time.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to in-house systems.
  • Ensure all daily transaction are recorded and updated in system.
  • Update products costing (B.O.M.).
  • Involve in procurement and stock.
  • SST related in preparation, submission and payment.
  • Monitor and provide guidance to Subordinate.
  • Liaise with banker, auditors, tax agent and other statutory bodies on accounting and financial related matters.
  • Perform any other duties as management may require from time to time.
  • Generating payroll and ensure compliance with regulations, assist in recruitment, employee onboarding and HR administration functions.
Qualifications
  • Professional Degree holder in Accounting/Finance related qualification, preference CIMA, ACCA holder or equivalent.
  • Conversation in Mandarin, English & Malay (written & verbal). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Minimum 5 years and above working experience in managerial position; candidates with manufacturing base will be an advantage.
  • Able to meet deadlines and result oriented.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willing to travel as and when required.
  • Working location base at Ijok Selangor.
