Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities
  • Maintain assigned SAP systems by ensuring all relevant RTR Finance master data changes for SAP security, system tables, chart of accounts, cost centres, and profit centres are appropriate, authorized, and documented.
  • Ensure Finance security roles are in compliance with the global segregation of duties matrix.
  • Ensure all period‑end jobs are performed on a timely basis and provide the first level of support and troubleshooting for the assigned systems for the benefit of end‑users.
  • Provide ongoing user support and training for the SAP systems to ensure that the system is being effectively utilized by users.
  • Provide a source of system expertise, business knowledge and problem‑solving capabilities to ensure sound analysis, recommendations, and action programs in the maintenance and development of the RTR module.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement approved system configurations changes from ITS in SAP ensuring that system changes are fully documented, tested, and authorized prior to release into the production environment.
  • Identify and make recommendations that optimize business processes and improve financial and internal controls and other business practices in alignment with LEAN and culture of continuous improvement.
  • Perform period‑end closing for CO‑PA (customer and product profitability analysis) for management reporting purposes; investigate CO‑PA related issues, recommend changes and solutions to improve data integrity.
Essential Requirements

  • Maintain a strong control posture in supporting all RTR master data files setup.
  • Have a strong customer mindset in dealing with ad‑hoc requests and troubleshooting.
  • Continuously improve the system and manage to drive change management with strong communication skills.
  • Proactively work with other Operation Analysts within the other non‑FI SAP modules to resolve system or user issues.
  • Provide system related training to users independently.
Essential
  • Degree in Accounting or other related Finance qualifications with at least 3 years working experience in a Shared Services environment.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with SAP and S4 Hana is a plus.
  • Ability to partner and work with other process area Operations Analysts to understand and resolve user’s issues.
Desirable
  • Good command of verbal and written in English and Mandarin.
  • Experience in a customer‑facing business function.
  • Experience in troubleshooting system related issues.
  • Knowledge and experience of Blacklines tool will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of finance processes.
