Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL) for assigned entities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
  • Manage bank reconciliation and inter-company transactions
  • Prepare and submit tax filings (GST/SST, withholding tax, corporate tax support)
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and banks
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Support year-end closing and audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations
  • Ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience (SME experience preferred)
  • Able to handle full set of accounts independently
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of GST/SST and basic tax compliance
  • Good understanding of Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and well‑organised
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and coordination skills
