Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide support on financial accounting-related tasks by performing clerical support, including processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact-checking, filing, and other related duties.

JOB SCOPE
  • To assist in the recording of related financial transactions data in accounting software.
  • Assist in checking and verifying of account transactions and to do the necessary follow-up with clients and vendors.
  • Processing and issuance of payment to vendors and staff claim reimbursement.
  • Filling all accounting documents such as official receipts, bank statements and other related documents for proper record and safekeeping.
  • Compliance with internal control and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing related accounting reports and budget preparation.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
  • Communication: Ability to write and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Time Management: Capable of prioritizing and completing high-priority tasks within deadlines.
  • Teamwork: Willingness and ability to work cooperatively with team members.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding or experience in the relevant industry.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related applications.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to assist supervisors in managing stakeholder queries.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
  • Possess a Diploma in accounting, finance or another related field from any university recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge in accounting software (ie. Autocount, SAP) is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently and yet a good team player are mandatory.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, efficient in time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with particular ability to communicate complex and/or sensitive information in a clear, concise, diplomatic and professional manner.
  • Exceptional people skills, strong command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Efficient in handling issues at the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving as and when necessary.

DESKRIPSI TUGAS

Menyediakan sokongan terhadap tugas berkaitan perakaunan dan kewangan dengan melaksanakan sokongan perkeranian, termasuk memproses dan merekod transaksi, menyediakan laporan dan belanjawan, menyampaikan komunikasi dengan pelanggan dan vendor, menyemak fakta, pemfailan dan tugas – tugas lain yang berkaitan.

SKOP TUGAS
  • Membantu dalam merekod data transaksi kewangan yang berkaitan dalam perisian perakaunan
  • Membantu dalam menyemak dan mengesahkan transaksi akaun serta melaksanakan tindakan susulan yang diperlukan dengan pelanggan dan vendor
  • Memproses dan mengeluarkan bayaran kepada vendor dan tuntutan bayaran balik kakitangan
  • Mengisi semua dokumen perakaunan seperti resit rasmi, penyata bank dan dokumen lain yang berkaitan untuk tujuan rekod dan simpanan
  • Mematuhi prosedur dan kawalan dalaman
  • Membantu dalam menyediakan bajet belanjawan dan laporan perakaunan yang berkaitan
  • Melaksanakan tugas – tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Penyelia

SYARAT KELAYAKAN
  • Warganegara Malaysia
  • Lulus Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dalam subjek Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Inggeris dan Matematik
  • Berumur tidak kurang dari 18 tahun pada tarikh tutup permohonan
  • Memiliki Diploma dalam perakaunan, kewangan atau bidang lain yang berkaitan dari Universiti yang diiktiraf oleh Agensi Kelayakan Malaysia (MQA)
  • Pengetahuan dalam Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Pengetahuan dalam perisian perakaunan (Autocount, SAP) adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Berkemampuan untuk menjalankan pelbagai tugas, bekerja secara kendiri tetapi tetap mahir dalam kerjasama berpasukan
  • Tinggi dalam nilai motivasi, penggerak diri, cekap dalam pengurusan masa dan kemahiran organisasi
  • Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kukuh, dengan keupayaan khusus untuk menyampaikan maklumat yang kompleks dan/atau sensitif dengan cara yang jelas, ringkas, diplomatik dan profesional.
