Requirement
  • Min. education requirement: Diploma or any Certificate in Accounting/Finance related field
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in related field.
  • Aggressive and committed to work.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good personality, positive work attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Candidates who can start work immediately are often first considered.
Responsibility
  • Manage and maintain full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records of financial transactions using SQL Accounting Software.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against targets.
  • To update monthly aging report.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of statutory reports, including SST and other relevant taxes.
  • Support the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
