A financial services company in Malaysia, Johor is seeking an experienced finance support professional to manage accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include supervising junior staff, supporting daily finance operations, and performing reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in Accounting and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Opportunities for growth and development are available within a supportive team environment.
Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate financial reports.
Support daily finance and administrative operations.
Assist in E-Invoice processes, ensuring proper documentation and system accuracy.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff when required.
Perform reconciliation task.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks for compliance matters.
Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
