  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Support daily finance and administrative operations.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks and liaise with auditors.

Job description
Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with accurate financial reports.

Support daily finance and administrative operations.

Assist in E-Invoice processes, ensuring proper documentation and system accuracy.

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff when required.

Perform reconciliation task.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks for compliance matters.

Handle bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proactive, independent, and well-organized with great time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
