Core responsibilities

  • Sales and targets: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by presenting, promoting, and selling products to existing and potential customers.
  • Market coverage: Regularly visiting a set number of outlets (e.g., 15 outlets per day) to secure orders, collect payments, and handle stock returns.
  • Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, which can include retail stores, petrol stations, or specific chains, and addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Product visibility: Ensuring products are displayed effectively in stores and implementing strategies to increase their visibility and market presence.
  • Promotions and launches: Executing sales strategies and implementing promotional activities, such as new product launches, to drive sales growth.
  • Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and using insights to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
