Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily billing system which includes billing, collection, prepare customer statements, reminder letters and maintain financial records.
  • Perform basic tasks such as filing and assist in e‑invoice processing.
  • Assist with month end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily finance and admin operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Job requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in a related field (retail).
  • Has a good sense of responsibility and is able to work under minimum supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, and able to interact with all levels of people.
  • Familiar with computerized accounting systems and proficient in MS Office, SQL.
