  • Prepare purchase orders based on requisitions.

  • Perform monthly stock takes and reconcile variance.
  • Prepare GL journal as requested.

Job description

RM2,500.00/bln - RM3,500.00/bln

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare purchase order based on the purchase requisition received from production.
  • Check, process and key in the invoices from supplier to accounting system.
  • Liaise with the supplier for any returned stock and dispute with the invoices.
  • Check the supplier Statement of account for the purpose of payment.
  • Update the finished product in the accounting system on a daily basis.
  • To do stock issues of raw material in the accounting system based on the production form on a daily basis.
  • To do monthly stock take and reconcile the variance between physical stock and record.
  • To do stock adjustment for the sample issue to customer and stock disposal once get approval from the supervisor.
  • To update fixed asset listings and calculate the depreciation.
  • To prepare GL journal as requested from supervisor.
  • To assist the supervisor on an ad hoc basis.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is preferred
  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting.
  • Possessing knowledge in using QNE software is an added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable on E-Invoice is an added advantage.
  • Able to multitask and communicate between different departments.
  • Able to work on alternate Saturday.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
