Job Overview

This role involves preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for each of the subsidiaries under Arissa Group, ensuring timely account reconciliations, managing daily accounting transactions, bill payment, invoicing clients, liaising with external parties on corporate financing matters, assisting budgeting, forecasting, audit planning, cheque petty cash management, recruitment administration, payroll, personnel data maintenance, and occasional HR projects.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for subsidiaries.
  • Ensure accounts reconciliation properly and timely.
  • Managing daily accounting transactions.
  • Managing bill payment and payment to supplier and sub contractor.
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison with external parties on corporate financing matters.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Preparation of Audit Planning for the year.
  • Preparation of cheque, petty cash management and any other task assigned.
  • Handle recruitment administration aspects including preparing offer letters, conducting induction briefings/new hire on-boarding.
  • Involve in payroll and administration.
  • Maintenance of personnel data and files and participate in other Human Resources (HR) projects or initiatives from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • MUST be well versed in AutoCount Accounting Software / MYOB / UBS Sage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
