A registered welfare foundation located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an accounting assistant to handle full accounts, manage daily operations, and prepare reports. Candidates must have at least an SPM qualification and preferably two years of relevant accounting and administration experience. The role includes maintaining documentation and performing additional tasks as required. This position demands reliability, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
Assist in handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner
Perfoming day to day accounting operations including e invoicing
Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports and other accounts related matters
Maintain of documentation and comprehensive filing to support all accounting entries
Performing day to day accounting operations
Undertake any other duties as assigned
