A leading accounting firm in Malaysia is seeking to hire an individual for accounting tasks. The role involves assisting in maintaining accounting records, data entry for invoices and payments, handling accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports. A diploma in Accounting or Finance is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position demands attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Assist in preparing and maintaining accounting records and documents.
Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Issue invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing.
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents (physical and digital).
Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules.
Support audits by providing required documents and information.
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Basic Requirements / Skills:
Diploma or basic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
