Key Responsibilities
  • To prepare invoices, and quotations and handle closing reports
  • Handle account functions which includes payment, receipt, claim, and documentation
  • Prepare and issue payment vouchers, ensure that expenses are properly posted in system
  • Be hands-on with ERP system and financial reporting tools, guidance will be provided
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as requested by superiors
