Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and vendor performance.
  • Oversee inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics (import/export, distribution).
  • Coordinate with production to ensure accurate planning and on-time delivery.
  • Optimize costs, implement lean practices, and drive process improvements.
  • Lead and develop supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams.
  • Monitor compliance, safety, and prepare regular KPI reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in supply chain or purchasing, including 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong expertise in demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory control (cycle counts, stock takes).
  • Proven track record in people leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
