Job Responsibilities:

  • Internal Governance:
  • Coordinate with HR to establish and monitor compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct annual training and briefings on established policies.
  • Ensure timely renewal of patent applications and payments to patent agents.
  • Coordinate with patent agents on amendment of patent claims.
  • Contracts Management:
  • Draft and review commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Assist departments in negotiating contracts.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and identify potential risks.
  • Investor & Public Relations:
  • Coordinate with IR/PR agents to manage the company's communication and public image.
  • Update and maintain the company's corporate profile and governance on digital platforms.
  • Litigation Support:
  • Gather and compile evidence for litigation cases.
  • Coordinate with external counsel for legal representation.
  • Sustainability:
  • Coordinate with external sources for sustainability reporting.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision‑making.
  • Organize CSR activities throughout the year.
  • Corporate Communications:
  • Prepare content for the Annual Report, including the Letter to Shareholders.
  • Assist in preparing slides for the AGM and other corporate materials.
  • Ad-hoc Duties:
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by CEO/COO.
  • Assist with business/marketing tasks as required by senior management.

Job Requirements:
