• Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM customer service positions.
• Advanced knowledge in the use of ERP systems.
• 2+ years of Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or relevant supply chain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service in English and Spanish.
• Process customer orders through EDI and manual entry.
• Coordinate logistics with production facilities.
