Job summary
A leading firm in the outsourcing industry is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and compliance for employees in Monterrey. This role requires strong accounting skills, a good understanding of payroll taxes, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The position offers remote work flexibility within the Monterrey metropolitan area and requires at least 1 year of payroll processing experience in an American multinational company.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in general accounting and 1 year in payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll taxes and social security calculations.
- Excellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and filters.
Responsibilities
- Coordination with the payroll processing vendor for employee payments.
- Ensure compliance with payroll taxation and audits.
- Prepare and send reports to Corporate in English.
