Job summary
A technology company is seeking an IT professional to manage Web Methods Applications and ensure integration within the business ecosystem. The ideal candidate will engage in the full software development lifecycle and work closely with IT applications and infrastructure teams. Good communication skills and experience with Cloud systems are essential for success in this remote role based in Mexico.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Web Methods Applications.
- Ability to integrate various applications within the ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud systems and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Web Methods Application including support.
- Collaborate with business to understand integration requirements.
- Engage in the full SDLC for multiple projects.
- Troubleshoot IT applications and optimize the environment.
- Work with infrastructure teams for planning and troubleshooting.

Duration: One year. Location: Remote – anywhere in Mexico. Good communication skills.
- Manage the Web Methods Application, including production and administration support for version 9.10 and above.
- Work with the business to understand the requirements to integrate various applications in the Gates ecosystem.
- Be involved in the full SDLC (Design, Develop, Test, Support) for multiple projects.
- Work with internal IT applications teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the environment.
- Work with the internal IT infrastructure team to troubleshoot network, servers, and security issues.
- Work with the infrastructure team to plan disaster recovery strategies.
- Perform application maintenance and application patching.
- Experience integrating with Cloud systems such as SAP Hybris, SAP BTP, Oracle CPQ, Kyriba, etc., and other enterprise applications like SAP HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.
