We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high end cleaning services.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious people to be part of our team.

This is a fully remote, full time, work from home role.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in each area of the business and be expected to master company procedures for managing the daily schedule of cleans.

Excellent communication, multitasking and management skills are essential.

• Managing / coordinating ongoing cleans
• Dealing with customer complaints and questions via text messaging software
• Project work with owners and management
• Organizing service schedules for cleaners

• Intermediate mathematical knowledge for calculating payments and percentages
• Fluent English (native level) written and spoken
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Good internet connection and quiet place to work

• You will need to provide your own smart phone, computer and headset for calls
• Your computer needs to be able to smoothly manage up to 12 Google Chrome tabs at once

• $20,000 USD Salary
