This role is essential in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy into a local execution plan within the LATAM region and driving operational excellence to maximize results for our AI Business Solution Go-to-Market Team. You will drive insights, execution excellence, and bring strategy to life by accelerating transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale.
As the Activation GTM manager for AI Business Solutions, you will accelerate revenue growth, increase field agility, and deliver results by partnering with key stakeholders across LATAM, Sales, Marketing, and Partner functions, supporting One-Microsoft. Your focus will include driving process and tool alignment, leading with a solution area approach to optimize pipelines, ensuring effective communication, flawless execution, and leveraging data insights for decision-making. This role is critical for driving customer adoption at scale through deep solution expertise, product knowledge, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence.
