Job summary
A Fortune 500 healthcare company is seeking a Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for U.S.-based roles. This role requires 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and strong communication skills. Initially remote, the position will transition to an onsite office in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
