- Background in International Trade, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Scientific Support, and PLM.
- Experience coordinating support contractors.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and external partners.
- Negotiate to ensure timely and profitable product developments.
- Lead technical evaluations with various teams.
- Supervise feasibility tests with manufacturers.

- Ensure the implementation of brand technical standards for all product developments in the U, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate closely with technical leaders and external partners, including flavor houses, consulting agencies, FDA representatives, laboratories, and auditing firms.
- Negotiate and coordinate to ensure timely, profitable, and compliant product developments.
- Lead technical evaluations in collaboration with Quality Assurance, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Supervise feasibility tests with manufacturers.
- 3–5 years of experience in innovation project implementation, contract manufacturing, and licensing.
