THE WORK

• Design, build, and maintain scalable back‑end services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect cloud‑native solutions leveraging AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, EKS)
• Develop resilient microservices with strong performance, scalability, and observability standards
• Optimize system reliability and automate deployment pipelines with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate APIs and deliver seamless product experiences
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and infrastructure automation using Terraform and other IaC tools

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• 5+ years of experience in Java back‑end development, with deep expertise in Spring Boot
• Proven track record designing and deploying cloud solutions on AWS
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architectures
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid grasp of CI/CD, performance optimization, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership skills
