IT System Administrator

• Positive attitude and initiative in solving problems and challenges;
• Advanced understanding of assistance tools, techniques, and how technology is used to deliver services;
• Advanced skills in diagnosing technical problems related to end-user hardware, software, and network devices;
• Advanced experience and working knowledge with the Microsoft 365 and Azure Platform, including Security, Compliance, Endpoint Manager, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, PowerShell;
• Knowledge of Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Developer, SQL Server;
• The ability to keep up and adapt in the fast-paced IT field;
• Experience in providing assistance through remote tools;
• Experience in handling and solving service tickets;
• Professional IT certifications such as Microsoft MCP, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, ITSM are advantageous;
• Administration of email user accounts (creating and configuring email accounts on the Microsoft portal);
• Experience in maintenance and configuration of Windows servers;
• Knowledge of video system monitoring;
• Experience with Cpanel and domain administration;
• Experience with virtual media backup solutions;
• Network knowledge: cabling, connection equipment, configuration and management of network equipment such as VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, IPSec, Firewall; experience with CISCO and Fortigate equipment;
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, PC operation and administration, Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, Group Policy Management, VMWare, Hyper-V;
• Modern programming languages Power BI and Qlik are advantageous.

• Responsible for compliance with provisions regarding the protection of personal data of natural persons;
• Responsible for the proper functioning of the video surveillance system at the company headquarters;
• Ensures and is responsible for the protection and physical security of the data in the company’s IT system;
• Follows standard operating procedures (SOP) for periodic/daily/weekly tasks;
• Contributes effectively to innovative change processes;
• Identifies new IT system requirements, establishes disciplined project management for new installed systems;
• Assists all functions to improve their efficiency by implementing new software/hardware solutions, improves hardware systems, and provides training and support to users (Office applications, data management, ERP systems, etc.).

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
• Higher technical studies.
