About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at SIAE MICROELETTRONICA, you will play a pivotal role in an international environment, designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge telecommunication solutions.

You will work at the forefront of innovation, handling both front-end and back-end development to ensure seamless integration and performance across our products. Your expertise will be essential in building robust and scalable applications that meet the evolving needs of our global customers.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and fellow developers, to define, design, and implement new features. You will also have the opportunity to explore AI/ML applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Agile Methodology: Operate effectively in an Agile environment, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
• Testing & Reliability: Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Deployment and Monitoring: Manage the deployment of applications and monitor their performance in production environments.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and software bugs promptly.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance personal and team expertise.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Proven experience with Linux Operating Systems.
• Expertise in working in an Agile environment with Agile methodology.
• Solid understanding of software component development and testing.
• Hands-on experience with versioning control tool, i.e. GIT.
• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming skills in C, C++, Python.
• Experience working with databases, such as Oracle, MongoDB.
• Experience with network and configuration protocols (e.g. SNMP, NETCONF, RESTCONF).
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and experience with Dockers, Kubernetes.
