Job summary
A luxury fashion brand in Milan is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage HR operations focused on the IT or Marketing & Communication sectors. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a structured environment, strong labor law knowledge, and fluency in both Italian and English. This role emphasizes fostering employee relationships and supporting strategic initiatives within a creative team environment.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in supporting IT or Marketing & Communication functions is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Ensure an effective onboarding experience.
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers.
