Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or Country Leader within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong commercial and sales-led background, with demonstrable P&L accountability.
• Track record of leading established, multi-functional teams.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy within an international group structure.
• Experience managing branded and private label portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the Italian P&L, strategy, and business performance.
• Define and execute the country growth strategy, aligned with group objectives.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the Italian leadership team and wider organisation.
• Drive commercial, sales, and channel-led growth across branded, private label, and HoReCa.
• Build senior relationships with key customers, partners, and distributors.
• Oversee operational and supply chain performance to ensure delivery against commercial commitments.
• Act as the senior representative of the business internally and externally.
