This role involves leading around 160 employees, driving growth across various channels and managing relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has proven executive experience in FMCG, strong commercial skills, and is fluent in Italian. The position is based in Naples or requires relocation. Competitive package offered.

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or Country Leader within FMCG or food manufacturing.
