Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Lead the development of Glam Box’s E-commerce platform, ensuring a high-quality and user-friendly interface. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and vision to elevate the online shopping experience.
• Product Development: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions that enhance our E-commerce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features and functionalities.
• Team Building: Recruit and build a talented technical team as Glam Box expands its offerings. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies within E-commerce. Drive innovation and implement best practices in software development to keep Glam Box at the forefront of the market.
• Strategic Input: Work closely with the co-founders to align technical strategies with overall business objectives. Provide valuable input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization to enhance the Glam Box shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a software developer, with a successful track record in the E-commerce industry.
• Strong proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies used in E-commerce platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for user experience.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for the beauty and fashion industry and a commitment to Glam Box’s mission.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Years of experience in software development within the E-commerce sector.

Equity Offer:

We are excited to offer a 10% equity stake in Glam Box to the Co-founder – Software Developer.
