Job Summary:
Supermicro is looking for a highly-experienced, successful and proven Enterprise Sales Manager in Italy to sell Supermicro's broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise customers. The candidate should possess the expertise in managing end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals. The ideal candidate must have a strong, credible and professional working relationship with C-Level executives at current and past clients, plus the ability to create similar synergies at new accounts. The role is remote, therefore any location in Italy is possible.

1. Identify, win, and manage Enterprise End-customer accounts in Italy
2. Identify, develop, and manage new AI, Server and Storage opportunities
3. Maintain current customer relationships and identifying potential clients
4. Continuously develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
5. Research trends and create new opportunities to increase sales
6. Collaborate with commercial and technical teams

1. Min. 5 Years in Enterprise End-customer Sales/ Business Development in Italy
2. Experience selling high-technology into corporate or governmental accounts in Italy
3. Extremely proactive, highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks
4. Ability to adapt in a highly competitive fast-paced environment and diverse culture
5. Professional fluent in Italian and English is required
