As part of the Home Experience Team, the Field Manager is the primary support resource to the field team. The manager plays a critical role in ensuring guest experience, home certification & management, and overseeing staff.

Essential Functions:

1. Train in-home global staff including local managers, butlers, maids
2. Manage a roster of talent and ensure all markets are adequately staffed
3. Control costs and ensure all financial reporting and compliance requirements are met
4. Responsible for home inspection and preparation, food and beverage provisions, and restocking
5. Builds and maintains excellent relations with property managers and owners
6. Generates leads for onboarding new properties
7. Collaborate with the Guest and Home Experience team to ensure all expectations are met
8. Provide continuous oversight and quality control during each Guest stay
9. Ensure consistency of service delivery to all guests and ensure expectations are always exceeded
10. Relentless focus on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction

1. 5 or more years of experience with customer service or operations in luxury hospitality, restaurant, yacht or home management or related area
2. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
3. Excellent social skills and knowledge of proper etiquette
4. Multi-tasking capabilities and work effectively under deadlines
5. Experience and love for international travel highly desirable
