- Report on market trends channel development sales performance and customer feedback to support strategic decision
- Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or related field
- Solid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry preferably with experience in large-scale projects
- Established customer network with proven ability to expand market presence
- Familiarity with different types of cranes their technical specifications applications and market trends
- Strong sales skills including customer acquisition needs analysis solution development price negotiation and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel
