As the Head of Sales youll lead the Commercial Plan execution and be a key contributor to the Commercial Strategy development in cooperation with Head of Mktg & Category Development Italy & Iberia with the objective of accelerating growth ahead of the market in this pivotal leadership role. We are looking for a rock star that fosters a high-performance culture and will be accountable for identifying and maximising the potential of the market. This position requires a strategic thinker with robust industry knowledge exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record in driving commercial success within the FMCG sector.
We are seeking a candidate with a robust background in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector who brings proven leadership and management capabilities to drive team performance and business outcomes.
The ideal individual will possess a well-established customer network enabling strong relationship-building and market penetration. A solid foundation in financial acumen is essential to support data-driven decision-making and budgetary oversight.
Additionally the candidate should demonstrate strategic planning expertise with the ability to align long-term vision with actionable goals that support sustainable growth.
