Your mission
  • Drive sales and promotion of crane products to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors to support sales marketing and service activities
  • Collaborate with the technical team to train dealers and key customers on product use and applications
  • Maintain direct contact with major clients project developers and rental companies
  • Report on market trends channel development sales performance and customer feedback to support strategic decision
Your profile
  • Bachelors Degree in Business Engineering or related field
  • Solid experience in the crane or heavy machinery industry preferably with experience in large-scale projects
  • Established customer network with proven ability to expand market presence
  • Familiarity with different types of cranes their technical specifications applications and market trends
  • Strong sales skills including customer acquisition needs analysis solution development price negotiation and contract management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel
