Your Profile
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development with a strong focus on Sheetfed printing applications – gained through more than 5 years in senior roles within the printing industry.
- Pragmatic problem‑solving; strong B2B sales and negotiation skills paired with a data‑driven results‑oriented mindset and solid financial acumen.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in an international environment with a direct and transparent communication style across all business levels.
- A proactive hunter mentality with a strong focus on implementation and performance delivery is a must.
- Independent and structured way of working combined with a collaborative and team‑oriented mindset to blend in a dynamic Italian team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with common CRM/Sales‑Tools as well as SAP.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills is mandatory.
Your Tasks
- Drive profitable and sustainable sales growth in Italy with a clear focus on expanding our market position in Sheetfed applications.
- Support and develop beside a team of sales and technical experts across multiple locations.
- Manage key customer accounts including contract negotiations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and commercial efficiency.
- Define, implement and monitor the annual sales budget in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in the UV and conventional Sheetfed Offset packaging market to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and collaborate across our European network to align local activities with global sales strategies.
