For the area of Finance Accounting Senior Manager, we invite International Financial experts to submit applications for this role located in Purwakarta.

Purpose & Key Responsibilities of the Role

• You will oversee all the Financial Controlling Systems (FS Report in SAP, LPCS & SEM BCS) and ensure compliance of the Financial Reporting with the International Financial Reporting Standards & local GAAP (PSAK).
• You will liaise with all External & Internal Auditors, Tax & Customs Offices, Banks, Consultants, Insurance brokers, and other related parties (Interco).
• You will ensure compliance with all the relevant regulations e.g. Lenzing Finance, Accounting & Treasury Guidelines; local & international tax regulations and local government institutions regulations.
• You will sustain good relationships with all related corporate functions, Shareholders, Creditors (HSBC, IFC) and government institutions (Indonesian Central Banks, BKPM).
• You will monitor compliance of bookings – make some analysis and encourage staff to improve the standard text of SAP to improve transparency.
• You will manage the staff of business accounting to improve their skills, knowledge and mentality to provide better services to the customers.
• You will work closely with the Finance Director and the Senior Controlling Manager for monthly closing to make sure the process is going smoothly as well for the year-end close.
• You will establish, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the prevailing Internal Control Procedures.
• You will manage the company’s liquidity and capital structure (Liquidity Planning file based on LPCS).

Your Ideal Profile for This Exciting Role

• You have extensive 10 years experience in Finance preferably from global manufacturing companies.
• You hold a Tax brevet certificate from preferred accounting firms.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree or postgraduate in Finance or Accountancy.
• You have a very good understanding of SAP FICO, IFRS/PSAK, Statutory Reports Preparation, Taxes & Customs Regulation and Treasury & Banking knowledge.
• You have excellent skills in MS Office and other IT applications.
• You are exceptional in communication and leadership and have strong analytical skills.
• You have professional English and fluent Bahasa language skills.
