Job description

We are looking for a Legal Staff who will play a key role in supporting the company’s legal operations, ensuring compliance, managing contracts, and providing legal advice to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage various legal documents and agreements, including vendor contracts and inter-departmental agreements across the Group.
• Ensure company compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licenses, and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice and legal opinions to internal departments, including risk assessment, contract review, and dispute prevention.
• Support corporate actions, including legal due diligence, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Handle legal disputes, claims, and potential litigation matters, including coordination with external legal counsels when required.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks related to business operations and projects.
• Maintain and update legal documentation, corporate licenses, and compliance records.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to the mining and energy industry and assess their impact on the company.

Qualifications
