Responsibilities
  • Input, update, and maintain hotel rates, room availability, allotments, and restrictions across OTA systems.
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, promotions, and contract terms in the system.
  • Coordinate with hotel partners and internal teams (Contracting, Sales, Operations) regarding rate changes and availability updates.
  • Monitor rate parity and identify discrepancies across platforms.
  • Support the setup and maintenance of special promotions, packages, and seasonal offers.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with agreed contracts.
  • Resolve rate, availability, and loading issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare basic reports related to rates, loading status, and system performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience in rate loading, inventory management, or hotel operations (OTA or hotel background preferred).
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Familiar with OTA extranets, channel managers, or hotel systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
