Job summary

A leading data center service provider is seeking an individual in Indonesia to operate critical processes and manage customer service requests efficiently. This role requires a strong electrical/mechanical educational background, with at least 5 years of relevant experience to ensure operational efficiency and safety protocols are adhered to. Candidates will be responsible for maintenance follow-ups and incident management.

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in a business segment.
• Ability to follow and create MOPs (Method of Procedure) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Strong understanding of risk mitigation in critical operations.

The Client

Datacenter People is working with the leading provider of reliable, sustainable and highly connected edge data centers in Europe, with locations in Germany, France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark.

What The Job Involves

• Operating the Critical Processes to ensure the mitigation of risk to the operation of critical plant and equipment.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and services.
• Executing customer service requests such as remote hands and cross-connect provisioning, ensuring quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Create and process purchase orders for site maintenance and service activities, ensuring accurate administration and alignment with budget guidelines.
• In housing customers according to customer contracts and agreements with Sales department, adhering to budget and timeline requirements.
• Incident management.
• Follow and create MOPs and SOPs.
• Ensure that all of Penta Infra’s security concept and principles are executed at all times.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Electrical/mechanical education.
• 5 years of work experience in a business segment.
