Job description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. Serve as a business partner to manufacturing and supply chain leaders.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and interviewing to onboarding new employees, to ensure workforce readiness and meet staffing needs.

Oversee payroll processes and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs (including salary reviews, bonuses, and social security programs like BPJS in Indonesia).

Design, implement, and evaluate performance management systems (e.g., KPIs, appraisals) and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Foster a positive, productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving disputes, and negotiating with labor unions if present.

Ensure full compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and safety standards (such as K3/OSHA in Indonesia). Manage legal documentation and maintain good relationships with government agencies.

Supervise general affairs operations, including managing facilities, security, maintenance, transportation, cleanliness, and procurement of office supplies to support operational efficiency.

Manage HR documentation and personnel files, prepare regular HRGA reports (e.g., headcount, turnover), and monitor budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, or a related field.

Extensive experience (typically 5+ years, with 2-3 years in a managerial role) in HR, with a preference for a manufacturing environment.

Thorough knowledge of applicable labor laws and employment regulations.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders and manage a team.
