Job Description

Qualifications:

• Education at least high school / above
• Have served as a warehouse supervisor in a large manufacturing plant (Chinese-funded enterprises preferred)
• Have more than 3 years of working experience in semi‑finished product warehouse management (on‑site management, inbound and outbound management and consistency between accounting and physical goods)
• Able to operate SAP and have team management capabilities
• Must be able to speak English
• Can speak Mandarin is a plus point

Job Description:

• Maintain daily inventory activity from manpower schedule, inventory accuracy and inbound & outbound support.
• Communicate with supply chain & category team to solve issues and set forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security and 5S implementation.
• Evaluate workflow to increase manpower productivity and service level.
• Conduct daily report aligned with KPI.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in fresh product warehousing, with 2 years at supervisor level.
• Advanced knowledge overseeing inventory process.
• Maintain inventory flow & accuracy.
• Familiarity with high level rack / SPR process and management.
• Prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides added value for internal division & all stakeholders.
• Ensures standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Excellence in leadership, communication, cost‑consciousness, people development & plan executions.
• Proficient in operating MS Office / G‑suite (especially MS Excel / Google sheet formulas and Google Slide).
• Flexibility working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experienced in a fast‑paced work environment with a strong sense of ownership.
