We are currently assisting on behalf of our clients, an IT Consulting company looking for a QA Tester/Lead roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and specifications.
• Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
• Performing manual and automated testing as needed, and continuously improving testing processes.
• Conducting regression testing to ensure that new features and bug fixes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
• Participating in the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Collaborating with developers to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Providing feedback to improve software design and user experience.
