A leading development consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking a Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Manager to oversee the MEL system for the Regional Trade for Development program. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of MEL management experience in donor-funded projects, strong skills in data analysis, and fluency in English. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, you will be working with a dynamic team from across Southeast Asian Countries. You will hold overall responsibility for the management and quality assurance of RT4D’s MEL system.
Funded by the Governments of Australia and New Zealand, Regional Trade for Development (RT4D) supports ASEAN economies to meet their commitments and realise the full benefits of the Agreement establishing the ASEAN‑Australia‑New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) Agreement, through delivering high quality, demand‑driven projects.
Comprising the AANZFTA Implementation Support Program (AISP) and the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP), RT4D manages Australia’s AUD 46 million and New Zealand’s NZD 1.6 million commitments to this initiative until 2028.
