A leading secondhand platform in Jakarta is seeking a store operations leader to drive sales performance and offer excellent customer service. You will manage daily store operations, supervise team members, and uphold store standards. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in electronics or second-hand goods, along with strong customer service skills. A valid SIM C and motorcycle ownership are preferred. This role entails working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Drive daily and monthly sales performance (trade-in and used phone sales).
Deliver excellent customer experience through professional service and consultation.
Educate customers about trade-in options and phone conditions.
Supervise and guide daily activities of store team members.
Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Ensure frontline staff are aligned with company values and sales process.
Maintain proper store cleanliness, phone display, and merchandise layout.
Ensure operational SOPs are followed, including POS, trade-in flow, and testing procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve in-store operational issues.
Monitor stock levels, request restocks when needed, and ensure device quality checks.
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory in coordination with Area Supervisor and central team.
Submit daily sales and trade-in reports.
Share customer feedback and store issues to the Area Supervisor.
Participate in weekly team calls or meetings.
Support national campaigns by executing store-level promotions and product highlights.
Identify local opportunities for boosting store visibility and foot traffic.
Min. 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store operations.
Experience in electronics, gadgets, or second-hand goods is a plus.
Target-driven and strong customer service orientation.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Must be able to operate basic digital tools (POS system, Google Sheets, Excel).
Willing to work retail shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Have your own motorcycle and valid SIM C (preferred).
Willing to be placed in either Jakarta OR Bandung area.
