Responsibilities
  • Retaining existing and bringing a new client
  • Grow high performing team to achieve targets
  • Make data-driven decisions by assessing, analyzing, and taking action for continuous improvement
  • Ensure end-to-end sales processes are in place and provide solutions whenever needed
  • Monitor team performance daily by generating reports to identify gaps, quickly formulating and executing action items for improvement
  • Manage and oversee the sales team's productivity to achieve targets
  • Work closely with other departments to support sales activities
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years experience as National Sales Manager in raw material for personal care/Homecare Industry with proven track records growing high performing teams
  • Degree in chemistry or pharmacy
  • Analytical and problem‑solving ability with strategic thinking; able to identify gaps and provide recommendations
  • Strong people management skills, humble with excellent interpersonal skills; good listener and strong communicator in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Keen interest in hands‑on selling and managing clients, and in client retention
  • Results‑driven with a strong focus on means and impeccable integrity
  • Experienced in leading the sales team
